Volvo Cars Poole is delighted to announce the promotion of Leanne Ledger from Aftersales Manager to General Manager. In her new role Leanne will be responsible for leading the business, with sales and aftersales now falling into her remit.
Leanne has represented the Volvo brand for over 10 years, and was part of the original team that launched Volvo Cars Poole under the ownership of Ocean Automotive in 2015. Since then Leanne has successfully led the aftersales department, including the relocation to our current site on Ringwood Road in 2018, and more recently supporting our customers in maintaining their cars during the lockdown and upon reopening.
Leanne said: “I’m thrilled to accept this promotion. I have enormous passion for the Volvo brand and I am looking forward to leading both the sales and aftersales departments at such an exciting time. With our full range of hybrid models and the forthcoming all-electric XC40 Recharge we are really on the front foot.
“The team worked exceptionally hard during the lockdown to maintain customers’ cars and since reopening in June we have been pleased to welcome so many people back to the showroom.”
