Lester Aldridge is delighted to announce the continued growth of its Real Estate team in Southampton with the recent appointments of Minaz-Parol Rahman, Georgia Plant and Shashi Kasba.
The team advises on all aspects of property development and commercial real estate, supporting clients with strategic land transactions, site assembly, housing, healthcare development, natural capital projects and portfolio management.
Minaz-Parol Rahman, who joined in November as an Associate, brings extensive experience in commercial property and development work. She advises developers on strategic site acquisitions, negotiates conditional contracts and supports affordable housing providers with portfolio purchases and shared ownership transactions. Her expertise also spans landlord and tenant matters, banking and finance, and property aspects of corporate deals.
Georgia Plant, who joined this week as an Associate, advises on a wide range of commercial real estate with a particular focus on development work, including strategic land, development site assembly and acquisition, and natural capital projects. She also has experience in commercial portfolio management, real estate finance and advising on conservation covenants and allocation agreements for offsite solutions such as nutrient neutrality and biodiversity net gain.
Shashi Kasba, who joined in September as a Solicitor, provides practical and commercially focused advice on transactional property matters. She has worked with a broad range of clients, including large retailers, local councils and family-run businesses, helping them navigate real estate matters with confidence.
Bethan Dodd, Partner and Head of Real Estate Development, commented:
“We’re thrilled to welcome Minaz, Georgia and Shashi to the team. Their combined experience across development, social housing, commercial property and natural capital projects strengthens our ability to deliver practical, collaborative solutions for clients. This expansion reflects the growing demand for expert advice in the property development sector, and we’re excited about the opportunities ahead.”
