Leading South Coast law firm Lester Aldridge is pleased to announce the promotion of Edward Adamson to Partner within the Corporate & Commercial team based in Bournemouth.
Edward joined LA in 2011 following a successful career in social housing, trained with the firm and qualified into the Corporate Team in 2014.
Edward advises SMEs and owner managed businesses in a range of sectors on corporate transactional matters such as mergers, acquisitions and reorganisations. He has particular experience in the hotels and leisure sector and the healthcare sector, including GP practices and care homes.
Edward also acts for a number of charities and their trustees, providing advice on a range of commercial and governance matters.
