Lester Aldridge retains top talent

Lester Aldridge is pleased to announce the qualification of five trainee solicitors; Henrietta Dunkley, Shelley Green, Marianne Ironside, Mehtap Payne and Anthony Sheldon, into teams across the south coast firm.
The newly qualified solicitors will join the Corporate and Commercial, Dispute Resolution, LA Marine, Planning and Development and Private Client teams.
Lester Aldridge has a brilliant reputation for the quality of its trainee scheme which offers four seats across the firms’ three offices during a two year period. The firm has been awarded accolades by Chambers Student Guide for Lester Aldridge’s low stress levels, the trainee’s confidence at being kept on and enjoying a great work life balance.

The summer has been a particularly busy period for Lester Aldridge, having taken on new Head of HR Michelle Ripsold, Associate Rosemary Sharp and Solicitor Tim Brodie, Chartered Legal Executive Sarah Dexter and a new wave of trainee solicitors.
