Lester Aldridge Strengthens Real Estate Group With Three New Partners

Leading law firm Lester Aldridge is pleased to announce the appointment of three new partners into the Real Estate Group: Claire Egerton, Erika Willmott and Stephanie Adams.

Claire Egerton was appointed a partner from 1st May after previously working with Lester Aldridge as a consultant. She is an experienced construction lawyer and deals with a wide range of non-contentious construction issues, including the drafting, negotiation and completion of development agreements, all major forms of building contracts, appointments, warranties, bonds and guarantees. Claire also advises on audit and due diligence on construction matters relating to leases, property sales and purchases, fundings and forward fundings. She is based at the Southampton office.

Erika Willmott has returned to the firm as a partner in the London office after being away for three years. Erika is an expert in all aspects of non-contentious commercial property work and specialises in hotels and leisure transactions. She deals with acquisitions, disposals and leasebacks, development documentation, all aspects of property management including lease re-gears and renewals and conditional agreements for lease. Erika also deals with secured lending including refinancing and development funding and the property aspects of corporate transactions.

Stephanie Adams joined the Bournemouth office of Lester Aldridge in April; she is an experienced real estate solicitor who advises clients generally on site acquisitions, disposals, commercial leases and property finance matters. She specialises in acting for developers in the acquisition of sites for development with associated borrowing.
