Passengers travelling with Morebus across the region will now have on-board access to train times – thanks to an addition to the operator’s next stop screens.
Morebus already provides ‘next stop’ announcements and visual screens on-board its buses, so passengers know when they have reached their destinations. Now, the bus operator has added live train times to its offering, to make it even easier for those on-board to complete onward train travel.
“This is a particularly busy time of year on the buses and trains – and it’s great to see so many people opting for sustainable transport,” said Morebus head of communications, Nikki Honer.
“With this in mind, we’ve added live train time information to all the ‘next stop’ screens on-board our buses that stop near railway stations. We hope this will make people’s journeys easier than ever.
“We’re looking forward to a record number of passengers travelling with us over the coming days, and we’d like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy and peaceful New Year.”
