Love is in The Air! Businesses Unite to Light up Boscombe This Valentine’s

Funded by the local business community, a series of beautiful lights in the high street are welcoming couples visiting Boscombe on Valentines Day.
Boscombe’s businesses have come together to create a little romance on the high street this Valentine’s. Couples out shopping, dining or exploring the town will be treated to a series of beautiful lights and decorations set to dazzle starry-eyed lovers. Hanging over Boscombe’s main shopping precinct, the illuminations include traditional symbols of love and interlocking hearts in celebration of the most romantic day of the year.
On Valentine’s Day people across the country are expected to spend over £2 billion on special gifts, treats and dining out. By lighting the high-street, Boscombe’s business community aims to highlight the areas excellent offering, which includes a wide variety of high-street fashion outlets, health and beauty shops, jewellers, cafés and eateries.
Hoping to attract more people to Boscombe the lights will be helping to spread the love from now until March to provide a helpful reminder for shoppers to show thanks and affection to their mum’s this Mother’s Day too.

“Brightening up Boscombe, we are delighted to be giving visitors, locals, shoppers and diners a lovely illuminated backdrop as a reminder to show their appreciation to loved ones in the coming weeks.
