Melbury House appointment for Vail Williams
Posted on: 23/06/2022

Property consultancy Vail Williams has been appointed to market a prestigious office building in Bournemouth’s business district.
Glass-fronted Melbury House, with six floors and availability from 2,637 sq ft to 28,214 sq ft, is located at 1-3 Oxford Road, Lansdowne.
Bryony Solan, an Associate at Vail Williams in Bournemouth, said: “We are pleased to be working alongside CBRE on one of the best office buildings within Bournemouth.
“This is a prestigious open-plan office building in the heart of Bournemouth’s prime business district, available to lease on a floor-by-floor basis or, as a national or regional headquarters, as a whole.
“The offices have been redecorated, with new carpets, and offer a high-quality working environment. We anticipate keen interest from companies who are seeking to encourage their employees back to the office as we are experiencing a flight to quality from occupiers.”
She added: “Melbury House has excellent connectivity for occupiers – the mainline railway station and bus station is a short distance, whilst Oxford Road has excellent access on to the A388 which links the A31 Dorset-Hampshire corridor. The seafront is also just a few roads away.”
Melbury House, has a ground floor reception area, air conditioning, raised floors, suspended ceilings, two passenger lifts and 49 car parking spaces.
Occupiers in the Lansdowne area include law firms Lester Aldridge and Trethowans, Handelsbanken, Regus, McCarthy & Stone, 4Com, AXA, Lloyds Bank and Hays Recruitment.
