Employee benefits can be a great way of attracting and retaining staff and DotComUnity has a range of schemes to help both the employer and employee.

There is a simple auto registration membership process and each employer can then select any additional benefits they wish to offer their staff including, GOLD membership, auto enrollment pension, healthcare and “perks”.
The value of a settled and content workforce should not be underestimated and a happier, healthier workforce helps to reduce stress levels, reduce financial worries and improve productivity. As members, all employees have access to many tangible benefits including e-banking, managed accounts, savings and loans, a car club, and even debt advice if that should be appropriate.
