Along with BCP council, more bus are keen to encourage more people to leave their cars at home and choose more sustainable methods of travelling.

They would like to invite locally based businesses to sign up and encourage their staff to switch to commuting by bus.
BCP council has been awarded Bus Service Improvement Plan funding to improve and promote bus travel. They are using some of this funding to launch our Commuter Club.
As an employer you are encouraged to sign up for this scheme to enable your staff to have cheaper bus fares via the more bus app. Depending on the size of your business you will be required to pay an annual membership fee and complete a short application for.

With the commuter club your employees will benefit from £1 bus tickets available in bundles of 20 and can make up to 5 purchases at the discounted rate. The discount will be applied at the checkout once the one off verification process has been completed. This is whilst the Government £2 fare cap is in place.
These multi-trip bundles can be used as single tickets any time they want to travel. They are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Many people are now working part-time or have a hybrid working week which is why these are suitable for the modern commuter.
They will be valid in morebus zone A which reflects the BCP boundary.
After their first 100 trips they will then benefit from “Commuter Club only bundles” of 10 trips at a 20% discount, which will be just £1.60 per trip whilst the Government £2 fare cap is in place.
