Noah’s off on a trip of a lifetime:

Noah is one of the many children supported by local charity The Dorset Children’s Foundation and this weekend he jetted off to Florida with his family for the holiday of a lifetime to Give Kids the World Village.

The Dorset Children’s Foundation is one of only 12 charities in the UK that are able to send their children for a once in a lifetime holiday to Give Kids the World Village which is an 84-acre, nonprofit “storybook” resort in Florida where, children with life-threatening illnesses and their families are treated to a weeklong, cost-free holiday. A trip to Give Kids The World Village gives families time together, inspiring a renewed sense of hope and happiness that lasts long after they return home.

This trip was made possible by the fundraising efforts of The Jolly Boy’s who are a group of wonderful lads that went to school with Noah’s Mum Danni. They ran Marathon’s, took part in Football Tournaments, and ? and raised a whopping £3,000 which went straight into the fundraising pot.

This is what Noah’s mum had to say: ‘We were told to expect Noah to live a very short life and we know he will, but he has made more memories and milestones in his short life than we ever dreamt possible. We are heading to Give Kids the World and Disney World Florida in May. The DCF and The Jolly boys have made this possible for our family and for that we will be eternally grateful. The charity have gone above and beyond to ensure they have covered everything for us whilst organising our stay, to make it as stress free as possible. We can’t wait to see our babies faces when we arrive’

Thanks to the fantastic fundraising by the Jolly Boys Noah and his family are off.
