TheNonExec advises shareholders of Enhanced in recent EoT

TheNonExec is pleased to have advised the shareholders of Enhanced Computer Solutions Limited (“Enhanced”) in their recent sale to an Employee Ownership Trust (“EOT”).

A Gold Microsoft Partner, Enhanced was established over twenty-five years ago and is one of the leading IT providers across the south of the UK.  The business provides a wide range of IT solutions and support ranging from managed services, cloud solutions, networking and cyber security through to a myriad of software solutions such as SaaS based collaboration platforms, business intelligence, ERP platforms and CRM solutions.

TheNonExec provided advisory services to the shareholders with various support provided by Langsdowns DFK, Lester Aldridge LLP and Clarke Willmott LLP.
Introduced by the Government in 2014, an EOT is a special form of employee benefit trust that provides a similar corporate structure to John Lewis.  With a committed, loyal, and exceptional team, the EOT will allow award-winning Enhanced to continue its double-digit growth for many years to come.
