Pitmans Law Advises TOTALTEC On Second Investment To Fund Oil And Gas Development In Guyana
Posted on: 09/04/2018

With support from Pitmans Law, TOTALTEC Oilfield Services Limited (TOTALTEC) has completed a second round of growth capital investment.
TOTALTEC is an integrated oil and gas service company which was founded to support a major discovery by ExxonMobil offshore Guyana.
Its initial equity finance raising in 2016 funded its establishment and the initial stages of its strategy to develop native oil and gas production in Guyana.
The second round of funding will help TOTALTEC to roll out training, development, engineering, technical advisory, support and consultancy services to support the development of the oil and gas industry, as well as meet future ambitions to extend this further to include offshore and subsea services including marine logistics support and specialized laboratory testing services.
Stephanie Perry, Pitmans Partner, led the deal with Managing Partner John Hutchinson.
