Poole Audi is the UK’s Audi Centre of the Year

Poole Audi was delighted to be recognised as ‘Audi Centre of the Year 2022’ by Audi UK. This award is presented annually to the Audi Centre which has achieved a consistently high performance across both the sales and aftersales departments.

The areas considered include customer satisfaction and loyalty, sales achievement versus competitor brands, quality of service and repair work, and staff accreditation levels.

Elliot Onaran, Head of Business, said: “I am thrilled to win this award. It was true team effort and one that I am really pleased to have recognised by Audi UK. Thank you to each and every member of the team for working so hard to make this achievement possible.

Andrew Doyle, Director of Audi UK, presented the whole Poole Audi team with the 2022 award on Monday 27th March.

Seeing off competition from over 100 Audi Centres across the UK is no mean feat, so this is a brilliant achievement.”

Poole Audi’s success in 2022 completes an historic hattrick of awards for its owner Ocean Automotive, with sister Centre Yeovil Audi having won the same award in 2020 and 2021. Based in Poole, the group consists of Poole Audi, Yeovil Audi, Volvo Cars Poole, Poole Accident Repair and Yeovil Accident Repair.
