This month, visitors to Stokewood Leisure Centre in Bournemouth can expect a brand new interactive Group Cycling experience thanks to a £50K upgrade from centre operator BH Live.
More than 20 new stationary Technogym™ bikes and vibrant class features will enhance the centre’s Group Cycling classes at the centre, which are currently enjoyed by hundreds of visitors every week.
Group Cycling is the perfect workout for those who love a challenge. Colours and on-screen visuals prompt participants to push themselves to improve their cadence and power as the Technogym™ bikes evaluate overall performance.
Technogym™ is one of the world’s leading specialists in high-end sports equipment and digital technologies. Technogym™ bikes are currently available at Littledown, Pelhams and BH Live Active, Queen’s Park.
Stokewood Leisure Centre is operated by registered charity and social enterprise BH Live in partnership with BCP Council.

The centre now has an extensive gym over two floors, exercise studios running daily classes, a swimming pool and poolside spa facilities.
Activities are accessible via a BH Live Active multisite membership or on a pay-as-you-go basis. BH Live also offer concessions for people on low income and discounted health and wellbeing programme for people living with long-term health conditions.
