Sale of L.C.M Systems Limited to Interface, Inc.

Central south-based manufacturing company L.C.M. Systems Ltd. has been sold to US-based Interface, Inc.  The sale was managed and co-ordinated by Justin Levine of TheNonExec Limited.

A local M&A boutique based in Poole, Dorset, this was their third company sold this year.  Having advised on over £250M deal value over a fifteen-year period, TheNonExec Limited has a growing reputation for delivering strong deals with an international reach.  Managing Director Justin Levine said:

“With a back-office team based in India and the US, we are able to source buyers from a global stage.  This sale is another example where we have brought in international interest which led to a very attractive deal for the sellers. We worked closely with corporate legal specialist Nick Davies and his team from Steele Raymond LLP, a combination that proved very effective for this transaction.”

LCM Systems is a specialist manufacturer of bespoke load cells and exports over 70% of its product globally. LCM shareholder and Managing Director, Steve Sargeant said:

“I would like to thank Justin with gratitude with the way he helped us through this process. It was certainly a test of patience and resilience. I’m not sure we would have got through this without his guidance and counsel. Thanks again.”
