Sarah Ali Choudhury Profiled in BB Power & Inspiration 2018 list
Sarah Ali Choudhury, the award-winning Indian food columnist and TV chef from Dorset, was profiled in the British Bangladeshi Power & Inspiration (BBPI) 2018 list last night at a glittering ceremony at HMS President in St Katherine’s Docks in London.
The list is a celebration of 100 leading British Bangladeshi figures who are helping shape Britain for the better with their ideas, example, talent and success. The Power list was founded in 2012 by Abdal Ullah and his wife Ayesha Qureishi MBE.
Sarah comments: “I have been in awe of the BBPI100 list ever since it launched. Finding out that I had been included in the list was just beyond my dreams. To be in the room with so many inspirational people was amazing. There are people in so many different fields, working so hard, contributing, and truly making a difference. I feel honoured to have been recognised for my work by the founders, decision makers and sponsors and to have made it into the 2018 Powerlist.”
