Seven Newly Qualified Lawyers At Lester Aldridge
Posted on: 10/05/2018

Lester Aldridge is delighted to announce that six trainee solicitors who recently completed their training contracts with the leading South Coast firm, have qualified as solicitors, plus a former paralegal has qualified as a chartered legal executive.
At the law firm’s Bournemouth head office, Elin Thomas and Christopher Parsons qualified into the Fast Track Debt Recovery team and Luke Marshall qualified into the International Private Client team.
At the Southampton office, Alex Harwood and Naomi Bailey joined the Real Estate team and Lucy Goff qualified into the LA Marine team. In addition, Paul Markides passed his CILEx exams to become a chartered legal executive with the Real Estate team.
A training contract at Lester Aldridge usually involves four six-month placements in a variety of departments, where trainees become fully integrated members of each team. The firm has an excellent record for retaining trainees once they have qualified, with 7 out of 7 trainees who started their training contract in 2016 retained once they qualified (one newly qualified solicitor has since moved away).
Matthew Barrow, Managing Partner at Lester Aldridge, comments: “Congratulations to all our newly qualified lawyers who have all worked extremely hard to complete their training. I am very pleased to welcome them into permanent positions at the firm.”
