Spring into Wellness on 24th April at Bridge Health & Wellbeing

Spring has arrived, and to celebrate longer days and (hopefully!) warmer weather, Bridge Health & Wellbeing has brought together a range of experts to help local residents focus on their wellbeing this Spring.

On Thursday, 24th April, the clinic on Bridge Street in Christchurch, Dorset, will open its doors from 17:30 – 19:30 for this free event. Around the clinic’s treatment rooms, guests can talk to a wide range of local experts after a complimentary glass of bubbles (or alternative) on arrival.

Mandi and Vanessa from Priory Hair, Luxury Hair Salon & Trichology Specialists, will be on-site to discuss hair loss solutions as well as hair treatments for Spring. Back by popular demand, Kirsty from Christchurch Derma Spa will offer advice on skin, showcasing new techniques and services, including revolutionary CACI non-surgical facelifts, which lift, tone and rejuvenate your skin.

Erica Puch, Therapist and Meditation Teacher, will be leading a short meditation class and will be on hand to offer support and guidance. Trained WALX instructor Julie Brown will lead a walking with poles taster session, explaining the benefits of walking with poles on a short walk around Christchurch. Louise O’Connell will also be running an introductory mat Pilates class.

The Beaulieu Candle Company will be on-site, enabling visitors to purchase wellbeing products to take home or give as gifts. Mahina By Yasmin will be showcasing ocean-inspired jewellery accessories made here in Dorset.

Louise O’Connell, Pilates teacher and co-founder at Bridge Health & Wellbeing, said, “We are delighted to be hosting another Spring Wellbeing event at the clinic this year. I am pleased that we have managed to bring so many amazing local businesses together that complement our holistic approach to healthcare. We will also be supporting CHILL Dorset on the evening, which is our charity of the year.

Spring is a great time for new beginnings. Visitors can come anytime between 5.30 pm and 7.30 pm and explore a range of options to improve their health and wellbeing over the coming months.”

All the taster classes are free, but numbers are limited, so contact the clinic on 01202 473800 to secure your space.
