Steele Raymond shortlisted in a trio of categories at the South West Property Awards

The Steele Raymond team is celebrating having been shortlisted for three awards in the prestigious South West Property Awards.
The firm is a finalist in the ‘Property Law Firm of the Year’ category, with Emma Stainwright, Partner and Head of the Residential Development team being shortlisted in ‘Property Personality of the Year’, whilst Rosanna Parker, Senior Associate in the Commercial Property team has also been selected as a finalist for ‘Emerging Property Person of the Year’.

Emma and the team have been instructed on many of the region’s key strategic land transactions recently, which reflect her significant reputation in the South West and beyond. Emma is also recognised as a ‘Leading Individual’ in the Commercial Property Dorset, Devon and Cornwall category of the Legal 500 2024.

In her role as Senior Associate Solicitor in the firm’s Commercial Property team, Rosanna specialises in a wide variety of property work principally across the industrial, office, retail and leisure sectors. Thanks to her proactive focus on project delivery and solutions-focused approach, she is highly regarded by all our clients. As well as being shortlisted in the South West Property Awards, Rosanna was recently awarded ‘Young Property Person of the Year’ at the South Coast Property Awards and has also been recognised by the latest Legal 500 rankings as a ‘Rising Star’.

The South West Property Awards recognise the achievements and excellence of businesses operating in the commercial property sector in the region, with finalists selected across 13 categories. The winners will be announced at a prestigious black-tie dinner held at The Bristol Marriott Hotel on Thursday 10 October.
