We’re proud to be hosting our very first The Care Conversation – Exploring Support for You and Your Loved Ones, a free community event created to support individuals, families, and carers who may be navigating care decisions now or planning ahead.
Care decisions can feel overwhelming, emotional, and complex. This event has been designed as a safe, welcoming space to offer clear information, reassurance, and honest guidance — without pressure or jargon.
