The Dolphin & Bh2 Leisure invite businesses to bid for soft services contracts

The Dolphin in Poole and Bh2 Leisure in Bournemouth have confirmed that they are tendering for a new soft services management provider. Legal & General (L&G), owner of The Dolphin and Bh2 Leisure, invites businesses to submit a bid for the cleaning and security contracts at two of Dorset’s premier retail and lifestyle destinations.

The contracts, which cover security and cleaning services for the centres, are suitable for either a dual-service business or security and cleaning-specific enterprises.

Denizer Ibrahim, Head of Retail & Futuring at L&G, commented; “We are looking forward to hearing from prospective partners across our local area, who are interested in delivering these key services at The Dolphin and Bh2 Leisure. Where possible, we are keen to continue supporting our local economy and seek to find a locally affiliated partner, therefore, we welcome bids from all businesses with the relevant skills and services available.”

A ‘Meet the Buyers’ event will take place on Wednesday 26th July at The FOUNDRY in The Dolphin. Prospective businesses who wish to apply for the available contracts will be able to meet representatives from The Dolphin and Bh2 Leisure management teams as well as Savills.
