Three personal injury lawyers at Trethowans recognised as Senior Litigators by the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers

The Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) has been fighting for the rights of injured people for almost 30 years. A not-for-profit organisation, APIL’s member lawyers are dedicated to protecting and enhancing access to justice, improving the services provided for victims of personal injury, and campaigning to change the law wherever appropriate.

APIL most respected organisation in this field, constantly working to promote and develop expertise in the practise of personal injury law, for the benefit of injured people.

As part of this fight, John Hall and James Braund have joined their experienced colleague, Gavin Lane, as APIL Senior Litigators. The Trethowans personal injury team is already recognised as ‘punching above its weight in terms of reputation, quality of work and fee earners’ and these fresh accreditations further demonstrate the truth in that.

John Hall, Head of Personal Injury at Trethowans, said: “James and I are honoured to join Gavin as APIL Senior Litigators. I am the secretary of the APIL Southern Region Group and we are all active members of the special interest groups in our specialist areas: occupational disease, brain / spinal injury and clinical negligence. It is great that have been recognised by APIL as having particular expertise. We work in a large team of gifted personal injury lawyers and our APIL Senior Litigator accreditation sits with that really well.”
