Tops Day Nurseries and Aspire Training Team Celebrate Employee Ownership Day

Tops Day Nurseries and Aspire Training Team came together to celebrate Employee Ownership (EO) Day. The event, held at their head office in Southbourne, Dorset, aimed to honor the contributions of their dedicated employees and celebrate the unique culture of employee ownership that drives both organisations.

The event was catered by their Catering Manager, Pete featuring an inclusive menu to cater for all tastes, including vegetable skewers, halloumi and chicken skewers, burgers, Caesar salad, mozzarella orzo and salsa. This ensured there was something for everyone to enjoy. As employees arrived, they were greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Partners had the chance to catch up, share stories, and enjoy the food together. The focus was on building connections and fostering a sense of community among the staff.
Tops and Aspire organised a bake sale and some exciting activities, including the teacup toss, to raise funds for the Bournemouth Blind Society and The Royal British Legion.

Charlotte Percival, People Director, said; “We wanted to create a relaxed environment where our team could simply enjoy each other’s company and celebrate the spirit of employee ownership. EO Day is an important reminder of how our employees’ contributions and ownership help shape our success”.

Tops Day Nurseries and Aspire Training Team are proud of their employee ownership model, which empowers employees to have a stake in the company’s future and fosters a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture. Celebrating EO Day is a testament to their commitment to valuing and recognising the hard work and dedication of their team members.
