A Toolkit for Managers is a series of training sessions which are designed to give managers the skills and information they will need to effectively manage their teams.

The sessions are aimed at managers (and HR professionals) whom wish to build their understanding of how to manage key employment processes. Each session will focus on a core aspect of people management. Topics will include dealing with disciplinaries, absence management, equal opportunities and performance management.
