We are delighted to invite you to our first HR Networking Roundtable of 2026 for HR personnel and those with HR responsibilities in the Dorset region.  
The event will take place at the Nici Hotel, West Hill Road, Bournemouth, BH2 5EJ on Wednesday 11th February 2026.  The event is free of charge. 
We are excited to provide a unique platform for those who work in HR to come together, share thoughts and experiences and hear talks on various employment law topics. 
The purpose of this forum is to:

• enable existing networks amongst the HR community in Dorset to strengthen and allow opportunities for new connections to be made;
• create an opportunity for HR personnel to engage on topical employment law subjects;
• discuss important issues facing the HR community; and
• hear about upcoming employment law changes from experts in the field.

The format for this event will be:
9.00am arrival and networking
9.45am talk on a topical employment law subject – for this event, the topical subject will be:
Recruitment - a joint session which will be led by speakers Andrew Willshire of Paris Smith & Alasdair Risk of CMA Recruitment
11.00am close
