– Identify the steps to recruit inclusively and attract a diverse talent pool to your organisation
– Guidance on job descriptions, person specifications and job adverts
– The importance of a fair shortlisting process
– Interviews and Assessments – doing things a bit differently
– The offer stage … how to keep candidates interested and minimise counter offers
– Looking after your unsuccessful candidates.
