What constitutes problematic behaviour? For example a disregard for other people, or refusal to work with them.
Barriers to effective communication and how to overcome them.
Developing a framework for dealing with difficult behaviour.

Who is the training suitable for?

For newly appointed managers, team leaders, or supervisors. However, experienced managers who have not received any formal training will also benefit from this workshop. This workshop is also perfect for new business owners or people considering starting their own business.
