Hosted By: Winning Tenders

Event Details

If you’re a public sector supplier or are interested in supplying the public sector, you’ll probably know that working sustainability plans into your bids is becoming increasingly important. As a Bid Management company, we are often asked about how to complete the sustainability section of the bid compliantly and our new training workshop will give you all you need to know about how to do this correctly – including details around social value, net zero, carbon capture and what is expected of you as a supplier – in the way that public sector bodies want to see it.

The workshop includes:

🌱 Exploring the business case for Social Value

🌱 Demystifying the ‘Carbon Jargon’

🌱 Integrating Social Value into procurement strategies

🌱 Getting to grips with compliance, what is expected and identifying opportunities

🌱 Q and A session – no question is too big or too small

The training will be run by our sustainability expert, Kit Connell, and our Managing Director, Phil Norman. Having previously worked in procurement for both the Government and NHS, setting up, marking and scoring all manner of tender responses, Phil knows public sector tenders inside out. He is also a successful ex bid writer.

Find out exactly what the public sector bodies are looking for when it comes to sustainability and start winning more tenders as a result of getting it right.
