As an experienced HR Director, Candice has supported businesses of all levels, from Small to Medium Enterprises (SMEs) going through start-up periods, to companies experiencing rapid growth and periods of transformation. Candice has successfully built strong HR operations and teams from scratch and shaped organisations’ HR agenda and culture.
