WAY Investment Services scoops national prize at MoneyAge awards

WAY Investment Services, the Dorset-based financial services provider, has been celebrating winning an award at a national financial services event.

WAY Investment Services won the “Best Inheritance Tax (IHT) Portfolio Service” award at the MoneyAge awards for the WAY Flexible Inheritor Plan. The winners were announced at a gala dinner and ceremony hosted by comedian Lucy Porter at the De Vere Grand Connaught Rooms in London’s West End, attended by hundreds of guests from across the financial services industry. The award recognises the best service which implements a simple and efficient strategy for reducing Inheritance Tax while offering growth potential to boost potential legacies.

WAY Investment Services (WIS) is part of the WAY Group, an independent financial services group which provides a variety of flexible trust solutions. Most recently, WAY launched a new inheritance tax planning service for consumers through the website legacyway.co.uk, including a free inheritance tax calculator so people can check how big a tax bill they could be building up.

John Humphreys, Inheritance Tax Specialist at WAY Investment Services, comments:

“The team were delighted to win ‘The Best IHT Portfolio Service’ award at the MoneyAge Awards for our WAY Flexible Inheritor Plan. Over the last 15 years, the WIS team has been working incredibly hard to provide support to financial advisers and their clients; to help them mitigate Inheritance Tax and to protect their ‘family wealth’ inter-generationally. It is fantastic to see the team’s efforts beingrecognised. Our range of trust-based solutionshelp people make long-term, inter-generational, financial plans for their own future and that of their family. We have a very talented and experienced team of people working for us and it is a real boost for all of us to win such an award for something we take great pride in doing every day.”
