Nathan Kennedy AMPkgPrf, MD and Sarah Franklin, BDM were joined by Royal Navy Representative, WO1 Baz Firth MBE on behalf of the MOD, to sign the Armed Forces Covenant.
Nathan said: “we had not heard about this until BAE Systems approached us to let us know that as an organisation, they had signed the Armed Forces Covenant and are partnered with Defence through this and the Employer Recognition Scheme Awards.
“Once we looked into it further, we realised the Armed Forces Covenant aligns with our company values and we wanted to support our defence community by signing it.
“We look forward to progressing through our Defence Employer Recognition Scheme Awards in the future.”
