A. The very obvious shift in culture when talking about and supporting menopause in the workplace.
Last week, I had the pleasure of revisiting Battens Solicitors to provide my Informative and Supportive Menopause Presentation to employees and Directors.
From my pre-presentation meeting with HR Manager, Cath Knapman, the changes since 2019 were clear to see. Battens had implemented extra measures of support for their employees and employees felt they could now comfortably discuss menopause within the workplace. In fact, Cath advised me that it is also included within her induction process for new employees.
Once again, my presentation attracted a great audience of all ages and genders and I know full well how difficult it is to prize anyone who works within law away from their files for an hour!
