Future Leaders is a series of events supporting the personal and professional development of young professionals aged 18 – 35. Meeting on a bi-monthly basis, these events continue to provide a valuable networking opportunity as well as a focus on a range of themes, including:
As a Chamber, we’re keen to do more to support our future business leaders, our next generation, in their personal and career development. Future Leaders has been set up to help our next generation of leaders come together to network, learn from each other, and develop their skills as they look forwards in their career.

Toni Taylor | Chair
Toni is managing director of recruitment specialists, Tru Talent.
She has highlighted the scope Future Leaders has to impact the community, educate businesses on the changing desires and needs from young professionals, and the opportunity to learn from each other as well as hearing from inspiring speakers at events.

Olivia Parkinson
Olivia is a dispute resolution solicitor at Frettens Solicitors dealing with all aspects of civil and commercial litigation. Being a Bournemouth University graduate herself, Olivia works closely with the University, including Frettens’ placement students, providing talks and advice to current students about their future careers and life as a solicitor.
Olivia is keen to work with other local future leaders across various disciplines to gain a valuable insight into other young professionals’ journeys towards success.

Freddie Harding
Freddie helps individuals, families, and business owners across the South West and London to create clear financial plans that provide peace of mind and a confident path forward. He is committed to building lasting relationships and regularly supports families across generations, ensuring their wealth is managed, protected, and passed on effectively for years to come.
His approach is straightforward: he takes the time to understand each client’s goals, simplifies complex issues, and creates tailored plans designed to work today and adapt for the future.
Outside of financial services, Freddie enjoys staying active and can often be found in the gym or on the court playing tennis and padel, as well as out on the golf course.

Elizabeth Hearn
Liz serves as the Marketing Executive at Dorset Chamber, where she works on promoting the Chamber’s events, but also the work that the Chamber does to support organisations within Dorset. In this role, Liz works on social media, email communications, event photography, printed materials and much more!
New to the Future Leaders Committee, Liz is really looking forward to meeting the Future Leaders community and doing her bit to support both the professional and personal development of all members.

Aisling Ridge
Aisling Ridge serves as the Events Executive at Dorset Chamber, where she focuses on organising events for the Future Leaders initiative. She handles venue booking, speaker arrangements, and event logistics, contributing to the smooth execution of each event.
Aisling’s role plays a key part in fostering connections and professional, and personal development within the Dorset business community.

Paige Abbot
Paige is a Solicitor in the Family team at Trethowans having completed her training contract (with a particular focus on family law) at a local firm and qualified in June 2024.
Paige approaches cases in a sensitive, constructive and cost proportionate way. She is personable and approachable and prides herself on her warm manner with clients. Paige is familiar with the court process but will explore out of court agreements where possible to minimise hostility between parties.

Beatrice Leonard
Since graduating from the Royal Agricultural University in 2020 with a First Class Real Estate BSc (Hons) degree, Beatrice now works for Savills UK as a Surveyor in the South Coast Development Team. Beatrice has recently completed her Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) to become a chartered member of the RICS in June 2023.
With a focus towards valuation and agency services within the team, her previous experience at Savills includes country house valuations, development appraisals and loan security valuations.
