Bournemouth based supplier Innovative Hire have successfully delivered on an exciting partnership with Bournemouth 7s Festival to support the supply and installation of a number of key bar activations at this year’s festival.
The award winning sport and music festival held in Bournemouth over the Bank Holiday weekend attracted 30,000 people and boasted a fantastic line up of sport and music in one place. This year Example and DJ Wire headlined the festival.
For 2018 Innovative Hire worked with the organisers to design and deliver a bespoke Cocktail Garden featuring a custom 40ft container bar and industrial furniture and theming. The Cocktail Garden featured an impressive menu of drinks working with one of the festival’s sponsors, Whitley Neill. This renovated container bar has proven a popular solution for large scale, outdoor events as it has the ability to serve a high volume of guests quickly whilst providing a fully customisable unit that can be tailored to suit any brand and drinks menu.
Another pop up bar supplied was a newly refurbished Caravan Bar that was taken over by a popular drinks brand for this three-day event. This quirky and fun pop up event bar was fully branded by Innovative Hire and supplied with outdoor furniture to create a fun and versatile space.
For this year’s VVIP offering, the Legends Lounge, Innovative Hire worked with the festival’s organisers to support a more industrial feel with the supply of reclaimed cable reel tables, wooden scaffold tables and benches and reclaimed leather chesterfields. There was a provision for a DJ and live music within this area with Innovative Hire providing a bespoke wooden, pallet DJ booth.
