Leading law firm Lester Aldridge is pleased to announce the promotion of Claire Long from associate to partner and welcomes Deena Blakeas a new associate, both with the Real Estate group.
Claire joined Lester Aldridge’s Southampton office in 2018 having qualified at an international law firm in 2006 and since then working in the region. She advises on a variety of commercial property matters including all aspects of non-disputed landlord and tenant work, property portfolio management and investment acquisitions and disposals. Claire prides herself on providing pragmatic, commercial and efficient advice to all of her clients.
Experienced real estate lawyer Deena Blake recently rejoined the Bournemouth office as an associate solicitor, specialising in residential development and social housing. Her experience includes acting for a number of the top 10 national house-builders, regional house-builders, housing associations, councils and private individuals.
