SecQuest have been awarded a “Cyber Essentials” accreditation by fellow Dorset Chamber member company C3IA Solutions LTD, based in Poole. Cyber Essentials is a United Kingdom government information assurance scheme that is operated by the National Cyber Security Centre.
It encourages organisations to adopt good practice in information security. Cyber Essentials is a simple but effective, Government backed scheme that will help you to protect your organisation, whatever its size, against a whole range of the most common cyber attacks.
Cyber attacks come in many shapes and sizes, but the vast majority are very basic in nature, carried out by relatively unskilled individuals. They’re the digital equivalent of a thief trying your front door to see if it’s unlocked. Our advice is designed to prevent these attacks.

CHECK is the term for the NCSC approved penetration test companies and the methodology used to conduct a penetration test. Companies providing CHECK services do so using staff who hold NCSC approved qualifications and have suitable experience. Penetration tests are conducted using NCSC recognised methods and the subsequent report and recommendations are produced to a recognised standard.
