Bournemouth’s Seventa Events Appoints New Head Of Operations

Experienced Operations Manager, James Edis, has joined the Bournemouth events & hospitality specialists at Seventa Events as Head of Operations.

Seventa Events has welcomed onboard James Edis as Head of Operations. In his new role, James will be responsible for Operations and Business Growth at the award-winning company, which is based in Bournemouth but creates Events across the UK. He will also be overseeing operations at the Bournemouth Christmas Market (Seventa have a 5 year contract to operate the Christmas festival) and at Innovative Hire, a separate themed events hire company founded by Seventa Events Managing Director, Simon Brooks.

With established experience in managing and developing company operations, James was previously Operations Manager at a multi site Hospitality group. Prior to this, he was also Operations Manager for EAUdeVIE, running a Bournemouth based bar & eatery alongside custom branded & concert event bar services. In his new role at Seventa Events, James will be working closely with the team and company MD, Simon Brooks, to further develop and drive the company’s business growth strategy.
