Enhanced, one of the South’s leading IT Managed Service Providers are pleased to announce they have further expanded their service offering, which has seen the appointment of a number of new roles within the business.

The new roles will allow Enhanced to deliver an even more comprehensive service, focussed on the expansion of our proactive services and onsite support capabilities.

Sam Dickerson, Infrastructure System Engineer, will take on a proactive role, ensuring that all customer systems are running smoothly. This new role focuses on maintaining the health of clients systems, through the monitoring and analysing of systems, to ensure potential issues are remediated before the client is affected.

With the outsourcing of I.T services becoming more popular, Enhanced were keen to ensure they were able to offer a complete service to clients who were used to having a permanent onsite I.T presence. To achieve this, Enhanced have expanded the engineering team through the appointment of  Steven Hopkins, who will work onsite with clients, giving them quick access to support and technical expertise.

There has been a significant increase in staffing levels over the past year within the Infrastructure Team at Enhanced, to accommodate the increased business growth. The company have also extended the Infrastructure support hours as a direct result of customer demand.
