Founders event opens the Evolve Business Festival

The Evolve Business Festival kicked off with a bang with the first inspirational event, the Entrepreneur and Founders Evening, which took place at Pavilion Dance on the 9th October 2019.

Hosted by Warren Munson, Founder of Evolve and Inspire, the event saw many of the South Coast’s top entrepreneurs and business leaders come together for an evening of inspirational stories and exclusive insights. The evening opened with keynote speaker, Tom Mercer of MOMA, who shared his journey from start-up to multi-million pound success. Tom spoke about the importance of achieving work/life balance, giving the audience valuable insights and pearls of wisdom about life as an entrepreneur.

Tom was followed by a Q&A panel of entrepreneurs and founders from successful Dorset businesses, which gave the audience an exclusive opportunity to hear their stories and ask questions. The panel included: Founder and Managing Director at Salad Creative, Arabella Lewis-Smith; Founder of NutriChef and award-winning nutritionist and specialist health consultant, Barbara Cox; Founder of Urban Guild, Mark Cribb and founder and CEO of Tops Day Nurseries and Hadland Care Group, Cheryl Hadland.

Warren Munson, Founder of Evolve and Inspire, said: “We’re so pleased at the success of our first event; it was a fantastic evening with great speakers and an engaged audience discussing important aspects of business and well-being with openness and humour.

As part of Bournemouth’s BOMO Festival, the Evolve Business Festival runs until 16th October 2019 in locations across Bournemouth and Poole and features a fantastic line-up of inspirational and motivational events, from keynote speakers and networking breakfasts to charity dinners and development days.
