Chartered Builders, Greendale Construction Limited has started work on a £1.4 million contract for Ilchester Estates, to construct three new warehouse units with ancillary trade counters, on land at Yeomans Way, Castlepoint, Bournemouth.
Formed from a steel frame with an in situ concrete floor, the structure’s roof is clad in composite cladding panels featuring rooflights and photovoltaic panels. Externally, a combination of facing brickwork and composite cladding panels form the elevations.

We’re also delighted to be working with Poole based Lionel Gregory Architects, and structural engineers, Godsell Arnold Partnership, also based in Poole.”
