Hoburne Holidays Set To Headline BHStar Awards

The BHStar Awards is delighted to announce Hoburne Holidays, one of the south’s largest and most successful family-owned tourism businesses, as its headline sponsor for the 2020 awards.

The Hoburne Group traces its roots to May 1912, when John Burry the current chairman’s great-grandfather, bought Hubborn Farm, now home to its flagship Hoburne Park in Christchurch.

Today, the family business is in its fifth generation of the Burry family and owns eight family holiday parks across the south and south west of England, combining outstanding holiday and ownership accommodation with superior leisure, entertainment, and sporting facilities to create unforgettable stays for the whole family to enjoy.

Hoburne has demonstrated its commitment to this year’s awards and will also be sponsoring the Customer Service and Community awards, two categories that the company considers extremely valuable to its success.

Commenting on its sponsorship of the BHStar Awards, Hoburne chairman, Rosie Kennar, said: “We are very excited to be associated with the BHStar Awards as its headline sponsor. As a family-owned business, Hoburne has spent more than 100 years striving to achieve the perfect family holiday experience.

“We are committed to building on our customer experience year-on-year and having listened to our customers’ feedback, we have invested heavily in the design and development of our park’s facilities, accommodation, and staff. We believe in creating a community feel and, we are hugely proud of our personal approach and the levels of quality that we offer.”

As part of its title sponsorship, Hoburne will be hosting the celebratory BHStar Awards semi-finalist event at its Hoburne Park in early 2020, followed by the gala awards ceremony where the winners will be announced.
