This month we're offering one free Agile Assessment to members of Dorset Chamber of Commerce. If you wish to adopt new Agile methods or to improve existing work patterns this is a great opportunity. Our Agile Consultant, Shane Poole, can provide actionable insight into areas that you can work on straight away.
This assessment is a great opportunity to get some insight into how your team works, and the potential for improvement. It will also help you understand how to improve things like communication and collaboration. We’ll give you recommendations for how you can make working more efficient, and we’ll also give you some advice on how you can implement these changes more easily with your team members. This could be as simple as making small tweaks to the way people communicate with each other, or it could be something bigger like changing the way that projects are managed by departments or teams.
Shane will take an initial look at your company from multiple angles: process, product and people perspectives. He will then analyse what works well for your business and where improvements could be made – so that everyone can get involved in making improvements as soon as possible! The process is very straightforward, simply contact Shane who will provide you with a questionnaire to complete (within 5 working days). He will then send you your assessment, which you can put into action straight away.
