Shine Academy of Performing Arts, based at the Dolphin Shopping Centre, is welcoming dance idol Kimberly Wyatt to host a workshop on Sunday, April 22.
Kimberly is bringing her Studio Tour to Poole for an intimate workshop at Shine Academy. The workshop is open to all dancers in Dorset and there will be two sessions, one for juniors and one for seniors – with 30 students per session.
Kimberly is best known as a former member of the American girl group and dance ensemble, the Pussycat Dolls. She is also well known for being a former judge on Sky’s dance show ‘Got to Dance’ and for winning BBC’s ‘Celebrity MasterChef’ in 2015.
John Grinnell, centre manager of the Dolphin Shopping Centre, said: “Shine Academy of Performing Arts has been an excellent addition to the centre. We’re pleased to hear the news that Kimberly is hosting an exclusive workshop at the centre and we’re sure it will be of huge interest to local families and their children.”

Shine Academy teaches singing, acting, ballet, jazz, acrobatics, gymnastics, commercial dance, lyrical dance, contemporary dance and musical theatre classes. The Academy opened in May last year and offers two dance studios, a performance space, a community area, a music room, a drama room, a coffee shop and dance store.
