Six sense: new starters predict a bright future at fast-growing agency

b4b, the Poole-based agency that specialises in web, software, marketing, and media production, has just welcomed six new starters to their rapidly expanding team.

Miranda Aldridge and Kevin Russell bring a wealth of marketing experience to their roles as senior account manager and senior technical manager respectively.

Miranda, who has run her own sales and marketing consultancy firm for over ten years, says she’s delighted to be joining a dynamic and growing team.

“I’m excited by the prospect of working closely with such a large and diverse client base, at an agency that is passionate, fast moving and adaptable.”

Kevin adds: “It’s great to be helping to lead such a well-rounded and driven team. I’m excited for the opportunity to sink my teeth into a role where two days are never the same.”

Steve Riley joins the SEO and content team as a copywriter, while Joshua Garner brings his social knowledge to b4b’s busy social media team.

A former bid writer, Steve decided he wanted a change in his career and was drawn to the buzz of a busy marketing agency. As well as his role as a copywriter, Steve is using his masters in career development (which he’s currently completing in his spare time) to raise b4b’s profile as a destination for recent graduates.

Joshua comes to b4b from a specialist social media agency, and says that he wanted to broaden his experience and put his knowledge of other marketing disciplines to good use alongside his social media skills.

Chris Kendrick and George Oliver join as website assistant and software project assistant respectively, supporting the teams to deliver websites, apps, and business platforms.

Chris says: “I was thoroughly impressed with b4b’s client portfolio and the innovative products and services they provide. Having managed websites and e-commerce stores for companies throughout my career, I was thrilled when the opportunity came up to work in b4b’s web team. I have learnt a huge amount so far and am excited for all the projects I’ll be working on!”

A self-taught coder, George was keen to find a role in an area that he’s passionate in. He says he was drawn to the tech sector as it’s forever growing and changing. He adds that he gets a lot of satisfaction from project work and helping to build real, tangible products for clients.
