Team successes at Westover Toyota Salisbury

Westover Toyota Salisbury has announced the promotion of Kriss Scott to general sales manager and the appointment of Jon Howcroft as sales advisor.

Kriss has worked for the Westover Group for 10 years, beginning his career with the company as a sales advisor at Westover Toyota Bournemouth.  In his new role at Westover Toyota Salisbury, Kriss heads a team of three sales advisors and is now responsible for general running of the business, securing deals for customers and overseeing finance offers.

As a loyal employee to the Westover Group brand, Kriss takes pride in his duties, dealing with many different people on a daily basis, whether that be customers or staff members, ensuring they receive an excellent service from the dealership.

Kriss is excited about his new role at Westover Toyota Salisbury.  He says: “I am delighted to have been promoted to general sales manager.  This is an excellent opportunity and I am thankful that I have been able to grow my career within such a great company. For myself, and for Westover, customer service is paramount and I look forward to providing an exceptional, first-class service to our customers.”

Jon has returned to Westover Group as sales advisor at Westover Toyota Salisbury. Having left the company less than a year ago, Jon decided to move back to the Westover Group where he felt most at home. Jon is responsible for securing deals for customers and guiding them through the sales process.

Having previously worked for Westover for more than 11 years, Jon has developed very strong relationships with regular customers and is looking forward to seeing them in the showroom again soon. He says: “Throughout my career at the Westover Group, I have taken pride in building lasting relationships with customers and providing each person with a personalised experience. I am excited to be back on the Westover Toyota Salisbury showroom floor.”
