Chartered Builders, Greendale Construction Limited has completed the construction of three new warehouses for Ilchester Estates at Yeomans Way, Castlepoint, Bournemouth, which will see Toolstation, Screwfix, and Howden Joinery move into the new units.
The 30 weeks programme involved the construction of 3 trade warehouses on a brownfield site, constructed from a steel frame with insitu concrete floor, facing brickwork to ground floor and composite cladding panels above and PV solar panels on the roof. External works involved a new surface water and foul drainage system with new concrete apron.

The project proved to be a very smooth process, completed on time, with a great new client who we hope to work with again in the future.”
