Dorset Chartered Builders, Greendale Construction Limited, has started work on a £2 million major refurbishment at Ocean Automotive’s Volvo Cars showroom on Ringwood Road, Poole.
The works will see the site transformed with a complete interior fit-out. The workshop, showroom and office areas will all be upgraded with new workshop equipment, curtain walling and glazing, new mechanical and electrical installation including air conditioning throughout, and the roof will be replaced. The finish will be in-line with, and to the high standard of the Volvo brand, and will be overseen by Volvo Cars UK.
Chris Kane, Director at Greendale Construction, said: “This is a major investment for Ocean Automotive and Volvo Cars, and Greendale are delighted to have been chosen to carry out the works which are due for completion in early 2018.”
