Avoiding Digital Banana Skins
Posted on: 21/05/2018

Taking a new business to market or trying to grow?
SiSo Presents: Avoiding Digital Banana Skins with the clever people at Insightful UX will explore how to avoid the pitfalls and plot a path to a successful launch.
Many businesses push ahead with a new website or digital project, without really validating their customers’ requirements, and what’s needed to get there. This workshop will help you to learn how to build a case for investing in a new digital project or the redevelopment of an existing product. By really looking into your current solutions and evaluating their effectiveness, you will discover a new approach to scoping-out potential solutions with hands-on techniques and tools that you can use straight away.
This framework, all under the mantra of ‘validate don’t speculate, will help you to mitigate risk, involve colleagues and engage customers based on gathering insight and evidence – not guesswork.
This workshop is designed specifically for digital / tech businesses and is delivered by Silicon South. It is completely free thanks to funding from the European Regional Development Fund and is only open to Dorset, UK registered SME’s and Sole Traders.
There are only three places left, so register here now: https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/siso-presents-avoiding-digital-banana-skins-tickets-45429665352
