b4b marketing kickstarts a busy year by growing their team

Web, software and marketing agency, b4b, has started the year by recruiting two new starters. This comes after a successful 2021, which saw them welcome a new Marketing Assistant, Shannon Whyte, in November.

Leo Tuttle and Summer Bramall started on the same day in the first week of January, as a Software Project Assistant and Social Media Executive respectively. Leo is providing support to our busy software team, as they build custom e-commerce platforms, mobile apps, and specialist business systems.

Summer joins our growing social media department, which manages the social media marketing for a number of the area’s leading businesses. Their varied roster of clients features well-known names including Cobra RIBs, W&S Recycling, and Forum Jewellers. Each of our new starters has settled in brilliantly, quickly becoming a valuable part of the team.

Leo and Shannon both came to us via the government’s Kickstart Scheme, which helps under-25s gain a six-month contract with a local employer.

Shannon is a recent English Literature graduate who has worked in marketing previously. She says she enjoys how varied agency life is, and that she loves getting to learn about the many areas of marketing and client relations.

I have been able to absorb information from beyond my field, gaining an insight into other areas, such as web development and media production, all of which have helped to support and enhance my marketing expertise. I love the diversity and the fact that the whole team are so willing to support one another’s growth and progression. It’s clear that the development opportunities are almost endless.”

b4b, based in Poole, is an independent digital marketing agency specialising in the creation of brands, strategies, digital platforms and integrated online marketing campaigns that transform and grow business performance.
